Welcome to LatchOn.
Support that helps you, and your baby thrive.

You’ve got this.

Breastfeeding isn’t always as natural as everyone says it will be. It can be exhausting, painful, frustrating, and filled with second-guessing. One minute you’re hopeful, the next you’re in tears, wondering if you’re doing it right. You are not failing. You are learning. Every mother’s journey is different, but the strength you’re building right now is real. Your body, your baby, your instincts, they are working together, even if the rhythm takes time. You’ve got this.

We’ve got you.

Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, you deserve support that meets you right where you are with compassion, clarity, and zero judgment. You’ll be guided by someone who brings both expertise and empathy to every visit. Together, you’ll understand what your baby needs, what your body is telling you, and how to make breastfeeding work for your life. This isn’t just advice, it’s partnership, encouragement, and steady support through every high and low.

What to Expect…

Your hour long breastfeeding consultation will consist of an infant focused assessment, breast feeding & latch assistance and assessment, a weighted feed evaluation (when possible), education and counseling based on client need and request as well as instructions on appropriate breast pump use and sizing upon request.

Meet McCall

Hi, I’m McCall Conkling — a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I’ve worked in nursing for seven years, with the last few focused on Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care. Supporting women through these early days of motherhood has been one of the greatest privileges of my career.

My path to becoming a Lactation Consultant began after I faced my own breastfeeding challenges. I realized how much difference the right support and information could have made — and that’s what I hope to offer you.

Whether you’re preparing to breastfeed, navigating early struggles, or just need someone in your corner, I’m here to help you feel informed, confident, and supported.
